faster you can go? Either way, Anton is here to guide you. Anton's fascination with the art of movement has taken
him through five continents across the globe where he has lived, competed, studied and conquered in the sports of
Duathlon and Triathlon. From Australia and New Zealand, across Southern Africa, to Europe and North America,
Anton has learned and experienced the what to do, what not to do, and most importantly just how hard the human
body can be pushed.
